Meet the Women Behind O’Sea

Founded in 2020, O'Sea Lavender & Cut Flower Farm is a family-run flower farm in St. Thomas-de-Kent, New Brunswick. Nestled along the Acadian coast, the farm has grown into a destination for locally grown flowers, workshops, farm stays, and seasonal experiences.

The vision for O'Sea is led by Cocagne local Jennifer Horsman, whose family has called the region home for generations. In 2021, Katy joined the farm and quickly became an integral part of its growth. With a deep connection to the land and a passion for floral design, she is the creative force behind the cut flower gardens and the garden-inspired arrangements that have become a signature of O'Sea.

Today, O'Sea grows thousands of seasonal blooms each year for weddings, bouquet subscriptions, wholesale customers, workshops, and visitors to the farm. Everything we do is guided by a love of flowers, community, and the natural beauty of the Acadian coast.

Whether you're visiting for a U-Pick, staying at one of our coastal cottages, attending a workshop, or celebrating a special occasion with our flowers, we're delighted to share a little piece of O'Sea with you.
