Our amaranth starter packs include five standout varieties—Hot Biscuit, Red Spike, Emerald Tassels, Love Lies Bleeding, and Coral Fountains—chosen for their bold colour and strong, textural stems for cutting and drying. Amaranth thrives in full sun and warm conditions. Plant out after the risk of frost has passed in well-drained soil, spacing plants 1 foot apart, and water regularly for the first couple of weeks while they establish. Pickup is available at our 4th Annual Plant Sale on June 6th and 7th, 2026.
